Unlike conventional software with its deterministic and linear "PROCESSES", an EAI Application allows non-linear, intelligent and adaptive "WORKFLOWS". An EAI Application, can trigger multiple agents, assess, reason and decide the best next steps, and professionally respond to unpredictable situations. \

* **AI-Native:** BlueCallom is the first truly AI-Native platform Architecture. That means every step in the workflow is structured, managed, and executed exclusively with prompts - not with linear software code. The AgenticBlue engineering principle is **the IoC method**.&#x20;
* **Intelligent over Code (IoC):** The IoC method is based on a significant hierarchical difference: All workflows are managed by Intelligence and not by code. While software code is an important part of every AI Solution, it is no longer dominating workflows. Intelligence over Code means that the intelligence, such as prompts and the LLM, handles the entire workflow and, when necessary, decides to involve code to access other systems, servers, databases, APIs, and more via a function call. Conventional AI Agents are developed by using code for prompts and only use the LLM when necessary, providing no intelligence advantage to the user, other than the result of an LLM when needed.
