# BlueCallom SALESTICE

### What is SALESTICE?

SALESTICE is your AI-powered sales engine. It finds best-fit companies in your target market, researches them in depth, identifies the right decision-maker, and sends a personalized outreach email — all automatically. When the lead responds, SALESTICE manages the conversation: drafting follow-ups for your review, scheduling meetings, and generating proposals. You stay in the loop at every decision point but spend your time talking to customers, not doing research and admin.

### Before You Start

You need five things:

1. **Your company information** — who you are, what you sell, your value proposition, and key products.
2. **Search criteria** — where to look for leads: target geography, industries, and company size.
3. **Contact criteria** — who to find: target roles, seniority, and department.
4. **Email guidance** — how the outreach email should be written: tone, structure, and style rules.
5. **A mailbox** — the email address from which outreach emails will be sent and replies monitored.

### Step by Step

#### Step 1 — Find SALESTICE in the BlueCallom Exchange Library

Log in to BlueCallom.ai and in the BlueCallom Exchange Library, find **BlueCallom-SALESTICE-1.0-P** and click on it.

#### Step 3 — Name Your Flight and Set Variables

You will see the **Flight Creator** screen. Fill in:

* **Flight Name** — give your sales project a recognizable name (e.g., "Swiss Financial Services Outreach")
* **Flight Description** — a brief summary of what market you are targeting
* **company\_data** — describe your company in detail. Include: company name, website, industry, what you sell, your value proposition, key products, differentiators, and anything the AI should know to position you well. The more detail, the better the outreach emails will be.
* **search\_criteria** — define where to look for leads. Include: target geography (country), target industries, and company size range.
* **contact\_criteria** — define who to find at each company. Include: target roles, seniority level, and department.
* **email\_guidance** — define how the outreach email should be written. Include: tone, structure, sections, formatting rules, and any fixed elements (sign-off, disclaimers). This is the blueprint the AI follows for every outreach email.
* **mailbox** — the email address used to send outreach emails and receive replies.
* **language** — the language for internal notifications (e.g., "English", "German"). Note: outreach emails are written in the contact's language, detected automatically.

When done, click **"Create Flight"** at the bottom.

#### Step 4 — The Flight Launchpad

#### Step 5 — Add Your Sales Rep

Click **"Add Crew"** to invite your sales team member. Search by name or email and assign them a role:

* **Project Owner** — that's you, the person managing the sales automation.
* **Teammate** — the sales rep who will review leads, approve outreach emails, and handle engagement. This is the person who receives all notifications and makes decisions throughout the process.

Click **"Save"** when done.

#### Step 6 — Set Timer

Click **"Autonomous Prompts"** to configure how often SALESTICE runs. Each run finds a new lead, researches it, and sends outreach. Between runs, it checks for email replies and manages engagement.

* **Daily** — one new lead pe.
* **Weekly** — one new lead per week.
* **Custom interval** — set the exact minutes for lead generation, not shorter then 60 minutes! In example below prospect is generated every 120min.

#### Step 7 — Launch

Everything is set. Click the **"Launch"** button at the bottom of the Launchpad. SALESTICE starts working immediately.

### What Happens After Launch

SALESTICE operates in two continuous cycles — Lead Research and Engagement:

#### Lead Research Cycle *(runs each interval)*

**Step 1 — Find a Company** *(automatic)* The AI searches for a best-fit company matching your search\_criteria that hasn't been found before. It researches the company in depth: overview, strategic initiatives, pain points, and how your solution fits.

**Step 2 — Find the Right Contact** *(automatic)* The AI identifies the best decision-maker at the company matching your contact\_criteria. It finds their verified email, role details, work history, and writes a personalized icebreaker.

**Step 3 — Save the Lead** *(automatic)* All company and contact data is saved to your lead database.

**Step 4 — Lead Report** *(automatic)* A comprehensive lead report is generated with company analysis, pain point mapping, solution fit argument, and contact profile.

**Step 5 — Review the Lead** *(sales rep)* The sales rep receives an email notification that a new lead is ready. They click through to review the full lead report on the platform.

**Step 6 — Review & Approve Outreach Email** *(sales rep)* The AI generates a personalized outreach email following your email\_guidance. The sales rep reviews it, can request changes, and approves it for sending.

**Step 7 — Send Outreach** *(automatic)* The approved email is sent from your mailbox to the lead contact.

#### Engagement Cycle *(runs each interval)*

After an outreach email is sent, SALESTICE monitors your mailbox for replies:

**If the lead replies →** the AI classifies the response:

* **Ready for meeting** → the sales rep is notified, the AI checks calendar availability, proposes a meeting time, and sends the meeting confirmation with a Google Meet link after the sales rep approves.
* **Ready for proposal** → the sales rep is notified, the AI generates a tailored proposal based on all research and conversation context, the sales rep reviews and approves it, and it's sent to the lead.
* **Continuing conversation** → the AI drafts a natural follow-up reply for the sales rep to review and approve before sending. The conversation continues until the lead is ready for a meeting or proposal.

**If no reply →** SALESTICE keeps monitoring at each interval.

### Tips for Best Results

**Invest time in company\_data.** The AI positions your company based on what you tell it. A detailed, honest description of what you sell and why it matters produces outreach emails that feel real — not generic.

**Craft your email\_guidance carefully.** This is the DNA of every outreach email. Define the structure, tone, and personality you want. Include examples of good and bad phrasing. The more specific your guidance, the more consistently the AI produces emails you're proud to send.

**Start with a focused search\_criteria.** Don't try to cover every industry and geography at once. Target one specific geography per flight. You can always launch additional flights for different segments. Also you can eddit exsisting flight variables during the runtime to swhich geography or idustry ect.

**Review leads and emails promptly.** SALESTICE works on a timer. If you don't review and approve leads and emails, very soon you will have a lot of leads to review. Build a habit of checking notifications daily.
