# BlueCallom LAUNCH

### What is LAUNCH?

LAUNCH takes your product information and turns it into a complete set of launch materials — master product description, webpage copy, blog post, social media posts, newsletter, press release, sales presentation, and a campaign brief with video direction and launch timeline. Each asset is generated by AI and reviewed by the right person on your team before it's finalized. You end up with a full launch package ready to execute.

### Before You Start

You need three things:

1. **Your product information** — product name, features, target market, value proposition, pricing, and availability. The more detail you provide, the better every asset will be.
2. **Your team** — who is your Product Manager, Marketing Manager, and Sales Manager. Each person reviews and refines the assets relevant to their role.
3. **Your brand colors** — so all materials match your company's visual identity.

### Step by Step

#### Step 1 — Find LAUNCH in the BlueCallom Exchange Library

Log in to BlueCallom.ai and in the BlueCallom Exchange Library, find **BlueCallom-LAUNCH-2.0-P** and click on it.

#### Step 2 — Read the Documentation & Create a Flight

A dialog opens. Click **"Read before you start — Open Documentation"** to review what LAUNCH does and what you need to prepare. When ready, click **"Create Flight"** to start setting up your product launch.

#### Step 3 — Name Your Flight and Set Variables

You will see the **Flight Creator** screen. Fill in:

* **Flight Name** — give your launch a recognizable name (e.g., "NexFlow 3.0 Product Launch")
* **Flight Description** — a brief summary of what product is being launched
* **product\_data** — describe your product in detail. Include: product name, version, target market, key features, value proposition, technical specifications, pricing model, and availability. This is the raw input the AI uses to generate everything — the more complete, the better.
* **launch\_team** — list your team with their roles. For each person, provide their full name and email address. The roles are: Product Manager (reviews the product description), Marketing Manager (reviews all marketing assets), and Sales Manager (reviews the sales presentation).
* **brand\_colors** — your company's color palette. Provide hex codes for: Primary (headers, headings, buttons), Accent (gradients, secondary elements), Highlight (brand labels, subtle accents), Text (body text), Secondary Text (captions, disclaimers), Background (card backgrounds), and Card Border (borders and dividers). The default is BlueCallom's palette — replace with your own so all materials match your brand.
* **language** — the language for all materials (e.g., "English", "German")

When done, click **"Create Flight"** at the bottom.

#### Step 4 — The Flight Launchpad

After creating the flight, you land on the **Flight Launchpad**. This is your mission control.

#### Step 5 — Set Report Recipient

Click **"Report"** to configure who receives the final compiled launch package PDF containing all materials. Typically this is you or the Marketing Manager. Click **"Submit"** when done.

### What Happens After Launch

The process moves through four stages. Each person only gets involved when it's their turn.

**Stage 1 — Master Product Description** *(Product Manager)* The Product Manager receives an email with a link to review the AI-generated product description. They can iterate — add details, restructure, change wording — until it's exactly right. This description becomes the single source of truth for all other materials. Once the Product Manager clicks "Finish," the workflow moves forward.

**Stage 2 — Marketing Assets** *(Marketing Manager)* The Marketing Manager is guided through five assets, one at a time. For each one, they receive an email notification, click through to review the AI-generated draft, iterate until satisfied, and click "Finish" to move to the next:

1. **Webpage Copy** — product landing page content
2. **Blog Post** — announcement article
3. **Social Media Posts** — ready-to-publish posts for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram
4. **Newsletter** — product announcement email for customers and prospects
5. **Press Release** — formal announcement for media distribution

**Stage 3 — Sales Presentation** *(Sales Manager)* The Sales Manager receives an email with a link to review the AI-generated sales presentation content — slide-by-slide with talking points and speaker notes. They iterate until the storyline and messaging are right, then click "Finish."

**Stage 4 — Campaign Brief & Completion** *(automatic)* The AI generates a campaign coordination brief covering video production direction, three email campaigns (prospects, customers, partners), and a phased launch timeline. The Marketing Manager receives a final email confirming all materials are complete, with a link to view the campaign brief.

**Report: Full Launch Package** *(PDF)* All finalized materials are compiled into a single PDF report and delivered to the configured recipient.

### Tips for Best Results

**Put effort into product\_data.** Every asset is generated from this input. If you write "it's a workflow tool" you'll get generic materials. If you describe features, target audience, competitive differentiation, and pricing in detail — you'll get materials you can actually use.

**Set your brand colors.** The default palette is BlueCallom's. Replace it with your company's colors before launching so every asset looks like it came from your marketing team, not a template.

**Let each person iterate.** The first AI draft is a strong starting point, not the final version. The best results come when the Product Manager, Marketing Manager, and Sales Manager each spend a few minutes — adjusting tone, adding competitive angles, or restructuring for their audience.

**One product per flight.** LAUNCH generates materials for one product at a time. If you're launching multiple products, create a separate flight for each one.
