# BlueCallom DISRUPT

### What is DISRUPT?

DISRUPT takes a single innovation objective and turns it into a complete innovation project — with research, a validated solution concept, operational blueprints, a go-to-market plan, and financial projections. Most of the work happens automatically. Your innovation team contributes their ideas and expertise before the AI begins ideation, and you make the final go/no-go decision before execution planning begins.

### Before You Start

You need two things:

1. **Your innovation objective** — a clear description of the problem you want to solve. The more specific, the better the results.
2. **Email addresses** for the people who should receive the reports (can be yourself for all of them or you can include anyone on the BlueCallom platform).

### Step by Step

#### Step 1 — Find DISRUPT in the BlueCallom Exchange Library

Log in to BlueCallom.ai and in the BlueCallom Exchange Library, find **BlueCallom-DISRUPT-2.0-P** and click on it.

#### Step 2 — Read the Documentation & Create a Flight

A dialog opens. Click **"Read before you start — Open Documentation"** to review what DISRUPT does and what you need to prepare. (You have done that — that is why you are reading this.)

#### Step 3 — Name Your Flight and Set Variables

You will see the **Flight Creator** screen. Fill in:

* **Flight Name** — give your project a short, recognizable name (e.g., "GeoTermal Energy")
* **Flight Description** — a brief summary of what this project is about
* **innovation\_objective** — this is the most important field. Describe the problem you want DISRUPT to solve. Be specific: what is the challenge, who is affected, and what outcome you want. The more detail you give, the better the results.
* **language** — the language for all reports (e.g., "English", "German")

When done, click **"Create Flight"** at the bottom.

#### Step 4 — The Flight Launchpad

After creating the flight, you land on the **Flight Launchpad**. This is your mission control. Before launching, you need to configure a few things using the buttons at the top.

#### Step 5 — Add Your Team

Click **"Add Crew"** to invite team members. Search for people by name or email and assign them a role:

* **Project Owner** — that's you. You make the go/no-go decision.
* **Teammate** — members of your innovation team who will contribute ideas before the AI starts ideation.

Click **"Save"** when done.

#### Step 6 — Set Report Recipients

Click **"Report"** to configure who receives each PDF report. You can assign yourself to all reports, or distribute them to different stakeholders:

| Report | Suggested Recipient |
| ----------------- | ---------------------------------- |
| Research Report | You (Innovation Director) |
| FPT Report | You (Innovation Director) |
| Ideation Report | You (Innovation Director) |
| Validation Report | You (Innovation Director) |
| Blueprint Report | Head of Operations or Project Lead |
| GTM Report | Head of Marketing or CMO |
| Financing Report | CFO or Finance Director |

Use **"Apply this email to all reports"** at the top if you want to receive everything yourself. Click **"Submit"** when done.

#### Step 7 — Enable Multi Input

Click **"Multi-Input"** to make sure that is enabled. When enabled, your Teammates receive an invitation email to contribute their ideas before the AI begins ideation. Toggle it on if not toggled on and click **"Submit"**.

#### Step 8 — Launch

Everything is set. Click the **"Launch"** button at the bottom of the Launchpad. DISRUPT starts working immediately.

### What Happens After Launch

Once you launch, everything runs automatically until your input is needed:

**Stage 1 — Research & Analysis** *(automatic)* The AI researches your objective across three dimensions: real-world problems, technology landscape, and barriers. It then decomposes the problem to its root causes using first-principle thinking.

**Stage 2 — Team Input** *(you and team)* Your Teammates receive an email and invitation in the BlueCallom platform to contribute their ideas. You (the Project Owner) receive a separate email and invitation in the platform. When you think that you have given enough time for your teammates to provide their input, you can submit your own input and that will trigger the workflow to move forward to ideation.

**Stage 3 — Neuro Ideation** *(automatic)* The AI constructs a novel solution concept using the research, root causes, and your team's input. It builds out the project team, timeline, and cost estimate.

**Stage 4 — AI Validation** *(automatic)* The system independently validates the concept across feasibility, market fit, and technical dimensions.

**Stage 5 — Your Decision** *(you)* You receive an email with a link to review the Innovation Concept Report and the AI Validation Report. Submit your decision:

* **Approve** → the system continues to full execution planning
* **Decline** → the flight stops

**Stage 6 — Execution Planning & Financials** *(automatic, only if approved)* The system generates the Blueprint (operational plan), Go-To-Market plan, and full Financial Report with ROI analysis. All reports are delivered as PDFs to the recipients you configured.

### Your Reports

| # | Report | What It Contains |
| - | ----------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 1 | Research Report | Problem landscape, technology scan, barriers analysis |
| 2 | FPT Report | First-principle decomposition and root cause mind map |
| 3 | Ideation Report | Solution concept, project team, timeline, cost estimate |
| 4 | Validation Report | Independent validation of feasibility, market, and technical fit |
| 5 | Blueprint Report | Operational plan with detailed work packages |
| 6 | GTM Report | Go-to-market strategy with commercial work packages |
| 7 | Financing Report | Full financial model, cost breakdown, revenue projection, ROI |

### Tips for Best Results

**Be specific with your objective.** "Improve customer experience" will give you generic results. Write your innovation objective as a problem statement which should be solved and provide enough context.

**Add your team.** The AI builds a better solution when it has diverse human input. Even 2-3 Teammates contributing their perspective before ideation could make a meaningful difference.

**Don't rush your decision.** Take time to read both the Ideation Report and the Validation Report carefully. Once you approve, the full execution planning runs automatically — there is no undo.

**Launch multiple flights.** If you want to explore different angles on the same problem, launch separate flights with different objectives. Each flight is independent.
